Break out your bats and gloves, and come down to The Hitting Streak to hone your baseball/softball skills this off-season. We open Monday, November 21! See the side bar for business hours. We will be CLOSED on Thursday this week (Thanksgiving).

YOUR FIRST VISIT IS FREE & we've lowered the price of a SEASON PASS TO JUST $100 this year to give as many players as possible the opportunity to use this great facility to develop your skills in the off-season.

CLOSING SOON FOR THE SEASON

The Hitting Streak will soon be closing for the season, so take advantage of your opportunity to use the facility over the next 4 weeks. Beginning TOMORROW (Saturday, April 17), we will be open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!! That means you must call or email 24 hours (or more) in advance to guarantee we will be able to make the facility available for you to use. This is for those holding a valid pass ONLY (and their guests). Please call Britney at 317-379-5652 or email us at thehittingstreak@gmail.com and let us know what time you would like to come to The Hitting Streak and we'll make sure it's open for you! We will try to accommodate your request for any evening during the week (Mon-Fri), Saturday morning-afternoon, or Sunday afternoon.

Again, we are no longer keeping regular business hours for the remainder of the season. You must call or email to set up a time if you would like to come hit or throw at The Hitting Streak. This opportunity will end May 16, 2010 when we will close for the season!

Youth baseball and softball players are encouraged to take advantage of these last four weeks to use our facility to prepare for your upcoming seasons!

SPRING SPECIAL!

**March 8-March 18 we will be opening at 5 pm Mon-Thurs (not 4). Weekend hours will remain the same.

Beginning in March, we will be offering a 10 visit pass for $60 ($75 for family). This pass will expire at the end of the 2010 Spring Season (May TBA). You can purchase this pass at The Hitting Streak beginning Monday, March 1. We will still also offer single visit passes for $10 ($15 for family).

Also, beginning March 22 our business hours will be as follows:

Tuesday: 5-8 p.m.

Wednesday: 5-8 p.m.

Saturday: 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

Sunday: 2-5 p.m.

CLOSED Monday, Thursday, and Friday

We will also be CLOSED during Spring Break (except by appointment).

WHAT WE OFFER:
Located about 12 minutes southwest of Crawfordsville, we offer baseball and softball players of all ages the opportunity to hit, throw, pitch, and catch in our indoor facility during the off-season. You can workout on your own, or schedule private instruction for any skill with one of our experienced instructors.

HOW WE OPERATE:
We offer a season pass ($125 individual/$200 family), 3 month pass ($100 individual/$150 family), or single visit pass ($10 individual/$15 family). Click here to view/download a membership form. All players must have a signed waiver on file in order to use the facility. Players receiving private instruction must pay for use the facility (season, 3 month, or single visit pass) as well as paying the instructor's fee.

Teams may also use our facility for a discounted rate (must bring 5+ players and coach) during business hours. Teams may also rent our facility during non-business hours. View our informational flyer for team rates.

Our facility is user-friendly. If you're a new member, one of our staff will help you get acquainted with our facility and show you how to use our pitching machines, etc. Players are encouraged to bring their own helmet and bat, but we have some available if you don't. Players 8th grade and under must be accompanied by an adult. Players of all ages must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian prior to working out at The Hitting Streak.

We are open 6 days a week.
Mon-Thurs: 4 pm-6 pm
Saturday: 10 am-2 pm
Sunday: 2 pm-6 pm

University of Dayton standout pitcher and 2008 State Champion, Cameron Hobson, will be offering lessons December 21-30 at The Hitting Streak. This is a great opportunity to start your off-season training with a highly skilled instructor. Please contact Daryl at 765-376-3722 to schedule your lesson(s) today!

Cameron Hobson Bio:

University of Dayton Baseball Sophomore

Cameron completed an outstanding freshman year at Dayton by being named the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Year. He helped the Flyers capture their first ever A-10 championship while compiling a 7-1 record and breaking the team record for strikeouts with 83. Cameron was also named to the Louisville Slugger All-American Freshman team along with also making 2nd team Ping All-American.

Hobson graduated from Crawfordsville High School in 2008 where he helped lead the Athenians to the 2008 State Championship. Cameron tied a state championship game record with 11 strikeouts, holds the CHS career strikeout record with 381 along with the lowest ERA for a season at 0.59.

Hobson also holds the CHS record for batting average in a season at .565 plus his 51 doubles is the 3rd all-time in the state of Indiana.

Please note that players who receive private instruction at The Hitting Streak must pay for use of the facility separately from the instructor's fee (Season Pass, Three-Month Pass, or Single Visit).

*Business hours will remain the same during Christmas Break with the exception of Christmas Eve and New Years Eve when we will be closed.

Now is the time to buy your child or grandchild a Season Pass to The Hitting Streak in time for the holidays! Email us at thehittingstreak@gmail.com by December 13 and we'll mail you a gift certificate with your child's name on it. What a great stocking stuffer! You won't even have to worry about paying ahead...just bring the gift certificate with you when you bring your child to The Hitting Streak and you can pay then. See the 'Rates' tab to the right for prices. In your email, please give the child's name (or children's names) and specify the type of pass you want (Season or 3 Month). Also specify the mailing address where you would like to receive the gift certificate.

Also, please note that we will be closed on Nov. 26, Dec. 24, and 31.

After a successful Opening Day, The Hitting Streak is now open for off-season training. We're open Mon-Thurs from 4-8 p.m., CLOSED FRIDAY, open Saturday from 10-2, and Sunday from 2-6.
